Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Lori's note: I make these so often, I finally had to grow my own rosemary!
- White rose potatoes
- Rosemary
- Olive Oil
Cube potatoes. Grind fresh rosemary & mix with olive oil. Dunk potato cubes in olive oil/rosemary mixture and place on pan skin-side down. Bake at 450 degrees F for one hour.
