Ham Rolls

Lori's note: This is a great appetizer, loved by all!
- 2 packages of thick, square packaged ham
- 2 bunches green onions
- 2 packages of cream cheese
- 2 cans of artichoke hearts
Dice artichoke hearts & onions and mix in with softened cream cheese. Roll mixture in the ham, as if you were rolling a cigarette -- you need to pack it from either end to get all the air bubbles out. Refrigerate overnight. Slice in 1/2" portions with a serrated knife (less likely to tear). Put on smaller plates and cover with saran wrap.
