Get pre-qualified

Loan Pre-Qualification

The advantages to loan pre-qualification include:

  • you will know how much house you can afford
  • you will know how much cash you will need for the down payment
  • you will be ready to make an offer on the home of your dream
  • this simplifies your loan approval.

A number of factors determine the price range of homes you'll want to preview - one of these factors is loan pre-qualification.

Items considered when pre-qualifying for a mortgage loan include:

  • Employment History
  • Credit History and Scores
  • Monthly Income and Expenses

Take time to visit with a banker when you first consider purchasing a home. A lender can advise you how you might proceed to improve your credit score.
